(oZ?~ 9 <br /> <br />D~~:_~i:lAl <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE WOODSIDE ROAD STREET LIGHTING <br />PROJECT - ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS TO LOCUST STREET ': AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of the Woodside <br /> <br />Road Street Lighting Project, Alameda de las Pulgas to Locust <br /> <br />Street, in the City of Redwood City: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call <br /> <br />for bids for the construction of said improvements: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "city of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California - Department of Public Works - Engineering Division - <br /> <br />Woodside Road street Lighting Project - Alameda de las Pulgas <br /> <br />to Locust street" and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br />"General Specifications and Special provisions for the <br /> <br />Construction of the Woodside Road Street Lighting Project - <br /> <br />Alameda de las Pulgas to Locust street - in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, California," prepared in the office of the City Engineer <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advert'ise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned <br /> <br />improvements, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> <br />therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain <br /> <br />"Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
