That this Council hereby finds that the valu.e of the property interests described above to be received by the City of Redwood City is equal to, or greater than, the value of the property in,terests so described to be conveyed by the City of Redwood City. 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to convey, by document approved by the City Attorney, an easement for the installation, construction, and maintenance of underground electric power transmission lines and appurtenances within Parcel A hereinafter described; and in exchange therefor the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to receive from Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a California corporation, a quit claim deed duly executed by said company, quitclaiming all right, title and interest of said company in and to the parcel 'of real property hereinafter more partiCularly described and , . ,designated Parcel .1. 4. The real property hereinabove referred to, designated parcel I, and in which certain, real property interests are to be received by the City of Redwood City, is ~ll that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood city, County of San Mateo, state of California, described as follows: Lot 1 of Block D, as said lot and block are designated on that certain map entitled "Dolphin subdivision No. I," filed in the office of the County Recorder of san Mateo County, California, on February 18, 1969, in Volume 69 of Maps, at pages 6 and 7. 5.
