To deposit ~ith STATE upon execution of this 2 Agreement and receipt of bi~lingtherefor,the sum of $22,000, 3 which sum represents the estimated cost to be borne by COUNTY. 4 The actual costs to COUNTY shall be' determined. upon completion of 5 aforesaid improvements to San Carlos Avenue and State Highway 6 Route 114 (Woodside Road) as shown on Exhibit "A", VJhich is 7 attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this 8 Agreement, and shall be computed as follows: 9 (a) Roadwork Construction Costs: COUNTY's obligation 10 for costs inherent to all roadwork for the realigriment of 11 San Carlos Avenue, including additional paving and curbs ~n Woodside Road to provide for 1eft-turn storage lane for 12 13 left-turn movement into San Carlos Avenue, estimated to be 15 l/ $7,000, shall be the actual cost to STATE under the terms of ang executed Contract Change Order betwee~ STATE and STATErs contractor, said construction costs shall be determined by 14 16 17 multiplying the final pay, quantities re'quired for COUN'ry's 18 portion of aforesaid improvements by contract unit prices in 19 STATE's construction contract. 20 (b) Electrical Construction Costs: COUNTY's obligation for such costs estimated to be $11,000 shall be the actual , "'.. ," cost to STATE for modification of the traffic control signal 21 22 23 system under the terms of an executed Contract Change Order 24 between STATE and STATE's contractor, said electrical construction costs will be based oD extra work at agreed 25 26 price. 27 *' * * * '. *, * * * -4- , 1-"'"
