(022.2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />PLAY AREA CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOR NEIGHBORHOOD <br />PARK 1, REDWOOD SHORES SUBDIVISION NO.1, FOR <br />REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64; <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction ,of a play area <br />project for Neighborhood Park 1, Redwood Shores subdivision No.1, <br /> <br />for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Documents and specifications - Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 - Neighborhood Park 1 Play Area <br /> <br />- Redwood City, California," and those certain plans entitled <br /> <br />"Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 - Redwood <br /> <br />City, California - Construction Drawings for Neighborhood Park 1 <br /> <br />Play Area," prepared by Ribera & Sue, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work in accordance with <br /> <br />plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> <br />in the form of that certain notice to contractors set forth in <br /> <br />the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
