<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />hereinafter shall continue and be for such time as said City <br /> <br />deems necessary and convenient for the purposes described herein- <br /> <br />above and until said City vacates the hereinafter parcel of real <br /> <br />property, but in no event shall said temporary construction <br /> <br />easement continue to exist after completion and acceptance by <br /> <br />said City of construction of the sanitary sewer' lines and facilities <br /> <br />and appurtenances within Parcel SD-3 hereinabove described, or <br /> <br />after the e~piration of two years from the date of possession <br /> <br />of said temporary easeme~t by said City, whichever sooner occurs. <br /> <br />The temporary construction easement described herein 'is an <br /> <br />easement within that certain real property situate in the City <br /> <br />of .Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel SC-3a <br /> <br />A strip of land 30 feet in. width lying adjacent and <br />contiguous to the northerly and easterly boundary <br />lines of the 20 foot wide permanent easement herein- <br />above described as Parcel SC-3. <br /> <br />The perpetual right, privilege, easement and right of way <br /> <br />to excavate, construct, install, replace (of the initial or any <br /> <br />other size)., maintain, repair, and use such sanitary sewer lines <br /> <br />and facilities, together with appurtenances thereto, as the City <br />of Redwood City shall from time to time elect within all or any <br /> <br />part of the hereinafter described parcel of real property <br /> <br />situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state <br /> <br />of California, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel SC-4 <br /> <br />A strip of land 20.00 feet in width, lying equally 10.00 feet on <br />each side of the following described centerline: <br /> <br />Commencing at the most westerly corner' of the land described as <br />Parcel 2 in the deed from Leslie Salt Co~ to the State of California, <br />Recorded in Book 2980 of Official Records of San Mateo County at <br />Page 429; thence, along the boundary line of said Parcel 2, from a <br />tangent which bears North 320 55T 51TT East, along the arc of a curve <br />to the left having a radius of 257.00 feet through an angle of <br />50 04T 07fT a distance of 22.74 feet; thence, North 270 51' 44fT East <br />175.79 feet to the True Point of Beginning of the centerline herein <br />described; thence, from said True Point of Beginning, South 84040'54TT <br />West 533.61 feet; thence, along the arc of a tangent curve to the <br /> <br />-5- <br />
