The temporary construction easements described herein are easements within that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of ~alifornia, described as follows: Parcel SC-4a A strip of land 20.00 feet in width lying adjacent and contiguous to the northerly and easterly boundary line of that 20 foot wide permanent- easement hereinabove described as Parcel SC-4. . Parcel SC-4b A strip of land 20.00 feet in width lying adjacent and contiguous to the southerly and westerly boundary line of that 20 foot wide permanent easement hereinabove described ,.as Parcel SC-4. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Attorney of the City of Redwood City be, and he is hereby directed, authorized an~ empowered: To institute, maintain and prosecute, in the name of the City of Redwood City, an action"in the Superior Court of the state of California, in and for the County of San Mateo, for the conde~1ation of the rights of way and easements in and upon the real property hereinabove described, for said public improve- ment, and to take all steps necessary for said condemnation in the name of the City of'Redwood City.
