(02..\9 <br /> <br />FrB 9 70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFI~TIONS FOR ONE AUTOMOBILE; <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for one four-door sedan automobile to be used <br /> <br />for municipal purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY I <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the:City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders, <br /> <br />specifications, bid sheets and agreement, for the furnishing <br /> <br />of one four-door sedan automobile to be used for municipal <br /> <br />purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
