<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CGM:yc:2/5/70 <br /> <br />OR. ff"\P'd"J <br />I I \] Il~ / L_ <br /> <br />FEB 9 '70 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR FURNISHING OF ONE <br />TRUCK (VAN TYPE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. Gl88, adopted January 5, <br /> <br />1970, the City 'elerk called for bids for the furnishing of one <br /> <br />truck (van type) to be used for municipal purposes: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and <br /> <br />filed with the City Clerk for the furnishing of said truck: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Towne Fordi:Sales, Redwood City, California, is <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said truck, <br /> <br />and it is the intention and desire of this Council to award said <br /> <br />bid to said Towne Ford Sales: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. The bid of Towne Ford Sales, in the total net delivered <br /> <br />price to the cityof"Redwood City of Two Thousand Eight Hundred <br /> <br /> <br />Fifty-one and 02/l00 Dollars ($2,85l.02) for the furnishing of <br /> <br />one truck (van type) in accordance with the specifications <br /> <br />therefor, is hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby declared <br /> <br />to be the lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said <br /> <br />truck. <br /> <br />2. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 <br /> <br />hereof are hereby waived. <br /> <br />3. Any and all other bids received by the City of Redwood <br /> <br />city for the furnishing of the above mentioned truck (van type) , <br /> <br />other than the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby <br /> <br />rejected. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
