Co2..LZ fEB 2 '10 RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRl\CT FOR FURNISHING OF FIVE SEDAN AUTOMOBILES WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6188, adopted January 5" 1970, the City Clerk called for bids for th~ furnishing of five, latest model, 4-door sedan automobiles, to be used for mun~cipal purposes; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and filed with the City Clerk for the furnishing of said equipment; and WHEREAS, E-Z DAVIES CHEVROLET, Redwood 9ity, California, is the lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said . five, latest model, 4-door sedan automobiles, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to award said bid to said E-Z DAVIES GfffiVROLETi NOV1, THEREFORE i BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: ~. The bid of E-Z DAVIES CHEVROLET, in the total net delivered price to the City of Redwood City of Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty and 78/100 Dollars ($12,9?0.78) for the fur- nishing of five, latest model, four-door sedan automobiles, in -.... accordance with the specifkations therefor, is hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said equipment. 2. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof are hereby waived. 3.
