<br />City of Redwood City is equal to or greater than 'the value of

<br />the property interests described hereinbelow to be conveyed by

<br />the City of Redwood city.

<br />2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized

<br />to convey by quitclaim deed (in the form of "Exhibit A,"
<br />
<br />attached hereto), without warranty express or implied, any
<br />
<br />interests the City of Redwood city may have in the following
<br />
<br />described ~ealproperty:

<br />All that certain r~al property situate in the City of
<br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California,
<br />and being a portion of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and l4,
<br />Block 8, as 8110'...,n on that certain map entitled "Redwood
<br />Industrial Tract No.2, Redwood City, California," as
<br />filed in the office of the Recorder, San Mateo County,
<br />April 30, 1952, in Volume 35 of Maps at pages ,3, 4, 5
<br />and 6, and being more particularly described as follows:

<br />A 16 foot wide sewer easement over the Easterly Il.OO
<br />feet, measured at right angles, of Lots 5, 9 and 14,
<br />Block 8, and the Westerly 5.00 feet, measured at right
<br />angles, of Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 8, and extending
<br />from the Northerly line of Bay Road (80.00 feet in
<br />width) to the Southerly line of Broadway (85.00 feet
<br />in width) all as shown on the aforementioned map
<br />entitled "Redwood Industrial Tract No.2, Redwood Ci"ty,
<br />California. "

<br />3. That the above meptioned quit claim shall be made in

<br />City of the following described real property interests:

<br />A perpetual easement and right of way,to excavate, construct,

<br />install, replace (of the initial or any other size), maintain,

<br />repair, and use such sewer facilities,: together with the
<br />
<br />appurtenances thereto, including the right of ingress and egress
<br />
<br />thereto, as the City of Redwood City shall from time to time
<br />
<br />elect, within all or any part of the hereinafter described
<br />
<br />property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo,
<br />
<br />State of California, more particularly described as follows:
