<br />
<br />AMPEX CORPORATION, a California corporation, hereby grants
<br />
<br />to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of 'the
<br />
<br />state of California, a perpetual easement and right of way to
<br />
<br />excavate, construct, install, replace (of the initial or any
<br />
<br />other size), maintain, repair and use such sewer facilities,
<br />
<br />together with the appurtenances thereto, including the right of
<br />
<br />ingress and egress thereto, as the City of Redwood City shall
<br />
<br />from time to time elect, within all or any part of the herein-
<br />
<br />after described property situate in the, City of Redwood City,
<br />
<br />County of San Mateo, state of California, more particularly
<br />
<br />described as follows:

<br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California,
<br />and being a portion of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 14,
<br />Block 8, as shown on that certain map entitled
<br />"Redwood Industrial rrnact No.2, Redwood City, California,"
<br />as filed in the Office of the Recorder, San Mateo
<br />County, April 30, 1952, in Volume 35 of Maps at pages
<br />3, .4, 5 and 6, and being more particularly 'described
