<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CGM:yc:l/6/70 <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />COPy <br /> <br />JAN 26 '70 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />--------...-- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br /><0 ~o4 <br /> <br />RESOLu~rION AUTHORIZING EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY <br />INTERESTS IN THE VICINITY OF LOTS 9 AND 17, BLOCK 2, <br />FARM HILL ESTATES NO. 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Redwood city has heretofore acquired <br /> <br />a certain sanitary sewer and storm drainage easement hereinafter <br /> <br />described in paragraph 2 below; and <br /> <br />. {: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above mentioned City-owned easement is no <br /> <br />longer required by the ~ity of Redwood city for municipal purposes; <br /> <br />provided..that the city acquire the easement described in paragraph 3 <br /> <br />below; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to quitclaim its <br /> <br />i.nterests in the easement described in paragraph 2 below to <br /> <br />Challenge Developments, Inc., owner(s) of that certain real <br /> <br />property hereinafter described in paragraph 3 below in exchange <br /> <br />for conveyance to the City of the real property interests described <br /> <br />in said paragraph 3; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner(s) of those lands and easements have <br /> <br />,indicated their willingness to exchange said lands and easements <br /> <br />for the lands and easements hereinabove mentioned; and <br /> <br />\vHEREAS, the Assessor of the City of Redwood City has, <br /> <br />pursuant to the provisions of subdivision (h) of section 3-l/2 <br /> <br />of the Charter of the city of Redwood City, made an appraisal <br /> <br />of all property included within the exchange and has found that <br /> <br />, <br />the value of the property to be received by the city e'l~als the <br /> <br />value of the property to be disposed of; <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />'t <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY~OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1..
