<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Phase 2 Website: <br /> <br />For the Housing website, a bank of images and quotations from residents and <br />employees of many different development locations will be created. The goal is to get <br />residents talking about the history of the project and how it changed their life and to <br />obtain new and better photos of the facilities. <br /> <br />Visits will be made to 20-25 transitional, affordable and supportive housing facilities <br />including community centers. Cost includes taping of interviewees, photography, photo- <br />retouching, travel, release forms, and final optimized images and quotes delivered to <br />the web developer. <br />In addition, header images from Phase 1 will be resized to meet new size specifications. <br /> <br />115 hours at $100 per hour <br /> <br />Total: 11,500 <br /> <br />Note: Photos are for use on the <br />Housing website only. Future use <br />on other projects will be subject <br />to additional charges, and higher <br />resolution images for use for <br />printing will be available. <br /> <br />Timeframe: <br />. Initial design of each project will take up to 7-10 working days. <br />. Revision cycles will be completed in 4-5 working days. <br />.
