Award of Contract - 2009-2010 Street Overlay Project. <br /> <br />Staff contact: M. Saber Sarwary, Senior Civil Engineer 780-7370 ssarwary@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, the contract documents and award the contract for the 2009- <br />2010 Street Overlay Project to O'Grady Paving, Inc. of Mountain View, for their <br />responsive and responsible low bid of $779,427.60 and authorize the City <br />Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount <br />awarded. <br /> <br />D.
