(of 8<0 <br /> <br />..IAN 5 '1() <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH WANK, WILLIAMS & NEYLAN, INC., FOR <br />PREPARATION OF ANNUAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1968-1969 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the City of Redwood City and the firm of <br /> <br />Wank, Williams & Neylan., f Inc., for preparation of an annual <br /> <br />report for the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year 1968- <br /> <br />1969; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation <br /> <br />of Annual Report," by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Wank, Williams & Neylan, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is made for the full terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood city. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
