<br />0,;1" <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />\1HEREAS, the Assessor of the City of Redwood City, has, <br />pursuant to the provisions of subdivision (h) of Section 3-1/2, <br />of the Char'ter of the City of Red\'-Tood City, made an appraisal <br />of all the property included within the proposed exchange and has <br />found that the value of the property to be received by the City' <br />equals the value of the property to be disposed of; <br />NOv.l, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDt~OOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That this Council hereby finds that the value of the <br />property described in Exhibit A hereof and to be received by <br />the City of Redwood City is equal to the value of the property <br />described in said Exhibit A to be conveyed by the City of Redwood <br />city. <br />2. That as a ~ondition precedent to the approval of the <br />exchange of property interests herein proposed, and as a condition <br />precedent to the authorization granted in paragraph 3 hereof: <br />there shall have first been delivered to the City of Redwood city <br />and recorded a fully executed document providing for the exchange <br />of property between the City of Redwood City and the City and <br />County of San Francisco authorized by Resolution No. <br />adopted , 19___, by this Council, substantially in <br />the form of Exhibit A of said Resolution No~ <br />3.
