That the property interests to be conveyed-by the city <br /> <br /> <br />of Redwood City is an underground water transmission pipe line <br /> <br /> <br />ea~ement within that certain real property described and designated <br /> <br /> <br />as Parcell in "Exhibit A" hereof. <br /> <br /> <br />That the..property interests to l?e received by the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City in exchange for the property described in the first <br /> <br /> <br />paragraph of this paragraph 2 is an easement for roadway purposes <br /> <br /> <br />and utility crossing purposes within that certain parcel of real <br /> <br /> <br />property described and designated as Parcel A in "Exhibit A" <br /> <br /> <br />hereof, together with the relinquishment of abutter's rights in <br /> <br /> <br />and to Vera Avenue, and consent to the vacation or abandonment <br /> <br /> <br />of said Vera Avenue in the vicinity of the aforesaid Parcell, <br /> <br /> <br />and as described in "Exhibit A" hereof. <br /> <br /> <br />3.
