That this Council hereby requests Mr. Gulledge to <br />continue his efforts in resolving the matters which have resulted <br />in the aforesaid cessation of FHA participation, and hereby urges <br />that said participation be recommenced at the earliest practicable <br />date and that such actions as are required to support said <br />recommencement be completed within the earliest practicable time. <br />3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br />to transmit copies of this resolution to Mr. Gulledge, Congressman <br />Paul N.
