<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:ll/19/69 <br /> <br />fl}l 'H 'l q <br /> <br />o r: ~ f~' " r , <br />j \. >;. · ~ " "'1 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />(0 , (O~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br />FOR SPECIAL POPULATION CENSUS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to agreement dated April 8, 1969, by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo, <br /> <br />the City performed certain population enumeration services for <br /> <br />said County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the actual cost of conducting said services <br /> <br />exceeded the maximum limits specified in the above mentioned <br /> <br />agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire and intention of this Council to <br /> <br />amend said agreement to provide for the compensation to be paid <br /> <br />thereunder to the City to reflect the actual costs of said <br /> <br />services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Amendment to Agreement <br /> <br />with City of Redwood City for Conduct of 1969 Special Census," <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and the County of <br /> <br />San Mateo, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> <br />full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
