W-8545 STA'rE OF CALIFOHNIA STATE lANDS COM~,rrSSION No. PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE SERIES For such sole and exclusive purpose, and subject to such terms, con- ditions, restrictions, reservations and limitations as are herein set forth: The State of California, hereinafter designated as the State, acting through the State Lands Commission and pursuant to the authority contained in Division 6 of the Public Resources Code and the rules and ~gulations adopted thereunder, does hereby convey, demise and let to CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, State of California, for a term of forty-nine (49) years, beginning October 1, 1969, a Public Agency Permit over, in and upon those certain tide and submerged lands situated in the County of San }~teo, State of California, and more particularly described on Exhibit "At! attached and by reference made a part hereof, and as depicted on Exhibit UB'! also attached and made a part hereof'. , This permit is subject to existing contracts, leases, licenses, ease- ments, encumbrances and claims which may affect leased premises, and this.permit' is made without warranty by State of title, quiet enjo~~ent, condition or fitness of the leased premises for the intended use, or any other warranty whatever, except that Permittee faithfully keeping all the tenms, provisions and con- ditions of this permit on Permittee's part to be performed, State agrees not to interfere with Permittee IS possession of the leased premises, except as herein may othenlise be provided. This permit is not intended to constitute the establishment of the State's boundary and is to be without prejudice to any boundary claims which may in the future be asserted. The terms of this permit shall likewise extend during the period October 1, 1969 to September 30, 1970 to two construction easements over 100 feet of land lying adjacent to, on each side of and running parallel with the strip of land described on Exhibit "Au.
