(0(58 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT RELATING TO USE OF <br />CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY FOR LANDS~PING PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Phillips Petroleum Company, as owner of that real <br /> <br />property commonly known as 2702 Broadway and El Camino Real, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, more particularly described in that <br /> <br />certain revocable encroachment permit attached hereto, has <br /> <br />requested permission to use for landscaping purposes City owned <br /> <br />real property described in "Exhibit A" to that certain revocable <br /> <br />encroachment permit, which is attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />grant a revocable encroachment permit permitting such use, subject <br /> <br />to certain designated terms and conditions: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />the revocable encroachment permit, a copy of which is attached <br /> <br />hereto, to Phillips Petroleum Company. Said revocab'le, enc.~oacnment <br /> <br />permit is to permit use of that certain City owned real property, <br /> <br />more particularly described in "Exhibit A" of that certain <br /> <br />revocable encroachment permit, attached hereto and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein, for landscaping purposes. Said <br /> <br />revocable encroachment permit shall not be effective until such <br /> <br />time as Phillips Petroleum Company executes an acceptance of <br /> <br />its terms and conditions. <br /> <br />2. The revocable encroachment permit shall be that permit <br /> <br />entitled "Grant of Revocable Encroachment Permit - Vicinity of <br /> <br />2702 Broadway and El Camino Real - Redwood city, California, II <br /> <br />attached hereto, incorporated herein as if set out in full herein. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
