"/~-'- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR EXPERT PERSONAL APPRAISAL SERVICES <br />IN CONNECTION WITH TAX ASSESSMENT PROGRAM FOR <br />REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore provided for the <br /> <br />establishment of a tax assessing program for Redwood City <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with such assessing program it is <br /> <br />necessary to provide the City Assessor with expert personal <br /> <br />appraisal services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that a contract <br /> <br />be entered into for such services with Marshall and stevens, <br /> <br />Incorporated, on a continuing basis, commencing with the fiscal <br /> <br />year July 1, 1970-June 30, 1971; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Assessing <br /> <br />Services," by and between Marshall and Stevens, Incorporated, <br /> <br />and the City of Redwood City, acting by and on behalf of <br /> <br />Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars con- <br /> <br />cerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute the same on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
