Based upon the above mentioned canvass of votes said <br /> <br /> <br />proposition is hereby declared to have succeeded for the <br /> <br /> <br />annexation of said territory designated "Lakeview Way Annexation <br /> <br /> <br />No. 211 and it is the intention and desire of this Counci~ to <br /> <br /> <br />approve said annexation by ordinance pursuant to the provisions <br /> <br /> <br />of Section 35135 of the Government Code~ <br /> <br /> <br />3.
