I <br />un'd:, , '\, <br />1II" "'"""'I.iI: II .~ j ,~ <br /> <br />11JII 3 '69 <br /> <br />RE.e.OLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N o. 61'1.7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR 1969-1970 DEWATERING PROGRAM FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64: AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the District Engineer for General Improvement <br /> <br />District No. 1-64 has prepared certain specifications and con- <br /> <br />tract documents for the 1969-1970 dewatering program for Redwood <br /> <br />City General Improvement District No. 1-64; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of said work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Specifications, <br /> <br />1969-70 Dewatering Program (Winter Maintenance) for Redwood <br /> <br />City General Improvement District No. 1-64," and the contract <br /> <br />documents set forth therein, prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, <br /> <br />& Mendenhall, District Engineer for General Improvement District <br /> <br />No. 1-64, and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of said work in accordance <br /> <br />with the specifications therefor. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
