'1-64, RELATING TO MARLIN, SUBDIVISION NO.3; AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO RETURN ALL SECURITY DEPOSITS TO BIDDERS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6088, adopted September 3, 1969, the City Clerk called for bids for the construction of certain public improvements, including streets, water system facilities, sanitary sewers, and storm drainage facilities, and all associated facilities and appurtenances required for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, relating to Marlin Subdivision No.3; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and filed with the City Manager for the construction of said improvements; and WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to reject all bids received pursuant to said call and to authorize and direct the City Clerk to return all security deposits received; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Any and all bids received under date of September 30, 1969, by the City of Redwood City for the construction of certain public improvements, including streets, water system facilities, sanitary sewers, and storm drainage facilities, and all associated facilities and appurtenances required for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, relating to Marlin Subdivision No.1, authorized by Resolution No. 6088, are hereby rejected. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return all security deposits received in connection with said bids to the bidders submitting said bids. * * *
