<br />, . . <br /> DES:yc:lO/16/69 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> 0C1 20 '69 <br /> RESOLUT.!ON N o. b 1.3 I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES <br />(CIVIC CENTER COMPLEX) AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City intends to construct a <br /> <br />civic center complex and related facilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert real <br /> <br />property appraisal services for use in acquiring such property <br /> <br />necessary for the construction of said complex; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, David Ingram, Menlo Park, california, has represented <br /> <br />that he is qualified and expert in furnishing real property <br /> <br />appraisal services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires and elects to <br /> <br />engage David Ingram to perform such appraisal services, and this <br /> <br />Council wishes to enter into an agreement for such services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Appraisal <br /> <br />Services (Civic Center Complex)" by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and David Ingram, a copy of which is presently on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning. the terms and <br /> <br />conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
