DES.ek 10/2/69 <br />. . <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> ~/~'i OCT 6 'a. <br />RESOLUT1.0N N o. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH REDWOOD CITY POLICE YOUTH CLUB RELATING <br />TO EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the Redwood City Police Youth Club entitled "Agreement" <br /> <br />(form dated 10/2/69), relating to the expenditure of funds <br /> <br />appropriated by the City and paid to the police Youth Club to <br /> <br />be utilized solely for youth activities, a copy of which agree- <br /> <br />ment is on file in the office of the City Clerk to which copy <br /> <br />reference is made for full particulars concerning the terms <br /> <br />and particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
