<br />DES.ek 9/24/69 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORIGJ NAL <br /> <br />RE~OLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N o. 6 I ,~ <br /> <br />ocr 6 '69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE <br />OF SPECIAL DEPOSITS FUND THE SUM OF $500 FOR PURCHASE <br />OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES BY RECREATION DEPARTMENT, <br />AND THE SUM OF $2,000 TO PROVIDE FOR ACTIVITIES OF <br />REDWOOD CITY POLICE YOUTH CLUB <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars <br /> <br />($2,500) has heretofore been contributed to the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City by the San Francisco Forty-Niners to be used for recreational <br /> <br />purposes; <br /> <br />NOW I THEREFORE i <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The sum of five hundred dol1ars ($500) is hereby <br /> <br />appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Special <br />I <br /> <br />Deposits Fund to provide for the purchase of supplies and <br /> <br />services by the Recreation Department for the activities of <br /> <br />the Juventus Junior Soccer Team. Said sum shall be for expendi- <br /> <br />ture during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June30, 1970, and <br /> <br />shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July I, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />2. The sum of two thousand dol1ars ($2,000) is hereby <br /> <br />appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Special <br /> <br />Deposits Fund to provide for the various activities of the <br /> <br />Redwood City Police Youth Club of a general benefit to the <br /> <br />children of Redwood City. Said sum shall be for expenditure <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970, and shall <br /> <br />be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
