MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD <br />Auqust 23, 2010 <br />MO. 10-165 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />DATE: August 24, 2010 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Planning, Housing and Economic Development Department <br />**hard copy available upon request** <br />SUBJECT: Proposed Saltworks Project <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7.A.2.c (110) <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on August 23, 2010. <br />Present: Council Members Bain, Gee, Pierce, Seybert, Vice Mayor Aguirre and Mayor <br />I ra <br />Absent: Council Member Foust <br />M/S Pierce/Seybert to Approve, by motion, Amendment No. 1 to the professional <br />services agreement with Hauge Brueck Associates (HBA) for environmental <br />consulting services related to the Saltworks development proposal in an amount <br />not to exceed $1,439,300. <br />Authorize the City Manager to modify the scope of the professional service <br />agreement with Hauge Brueck Associates if necessary, including the addition or <br />elimination of sub -consultants and their relative scopes of work. <br />Authorize the City Manager to increase the Hauge Brueck Associates contact <br />amount by an additional 25% or up to $425,000 if necessary and in relationship to <br />the need to prepare additional technical studies and/or for the hiring of additional <br />sub -consultants. <br />Motion carried _-0 with Council Member Foust recused. <br />is Vonder inden �. <br />Municipal City Clerk <br />
