<br />Exhibit C <br />Technical Rider <br /> <br />In addition to the $75,000 to retain Zoppe Circus, the Agency will provide time and <br />materials for the items below and in Exhibit B as part of this agreement. The City's <br />Parks and Recreation Services Department shall manage the marketing, advertising, <br />food and beverage concessions, ushers, and ticket sales for Zoppe Circus. The Agency <br />has retained the services of Bruce Labadie as described in the Agreement for <br />Downtown Event Programming, dated July 16, 2010 to manage the tent set up / tear <br />down, clean up, access to electricity and water, and purchase/rental of equipment and <br />supplies. <br /> <br />Performers will have a new tent beginning August 2010, and some variations with these <br />technical requirements may be necessary. Performers will try to keep these to a <br />minimum but some flexibility on the part of the Agency will be required. <br /> <br />1. FREE PARKING FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES <br />Our artists travel and live in recreational vehicles while on tour. Therefore, there must <br />be a reserved space near the performance area for up to five R.V.'s upon arrival. The <br />following is required: <br /> <br />A. Electricity in R.V. Area - Six (6) Electrical Edison outlets with 20 amp <br />breakers each outlet in the R.V.parking location. If non-animal R.V.'s are not <br />able to park next to the tent area, additional power and lights will be required <br />in that area. <br /> <br />B. Water - Water faucet connection for garden hose near R.V. parking. If system <br />uses a key, PERFORMERS is to be given the key upon arrival. <br />PERFORMERS will return key to AGENCY prior to vacation of the premises. <br />Standard hose coupling is acceptable. <br /> <br />C. Animal Parking - Animal vehicles should be permitted to park by the circus <br />tent. If R.V. trailer parking is located in an area other than by the circus tent, <br />additional electric and water is required. Dumpster should be placed close to <br />the animal parking in the location PERFORMERS designates upon arrival of <br />the Company. <br /> <br />2. EMERGENCY INFORMATION <br />The AGENCY should give PERFORMERS a list containing the names and phone <br />numbers of local veterinarians, blacksmiths (for horseshoes) and hospitals to be used in <br />case of emergency. Directions from the performance area to the hospital should also be <br />provided upon PERFORMERS' arrival. <br /> <br />2.
