<br />~ Storm drainage improvements <br />~ Fire Department Connections <br />~ Curbs, gutters, sidewalks and driveways <br />~ Tree replacement and irrigation <br />~ Signing, striping, markings <br />~ Intersection and signal modification <br />~ Construction of new bus shelter and pad <br />~ I nstallation of backflow prevention devices <br /> <br />and all other work improvements, or construction required by or mentioned in the plans <br /> <br />and specifications, conditions of permits and all construction, appurtenances, and <br /> <br />improvements necessary as reasonably determined by the City Engineer, Engineering <br /> <br />and Construction to complete the aforementioned Improvements. Owner shall, at its <br /> <br />own cost and expense, construct all of the improvements, furnish all the materials, and <br /> <br />do all the work hereinafter described in accordance with, and as provided for in, the <br /> <br />plans prepared for Owner HOK and BKF Engineers, entitled, "Site Improvement 1100 <br /> <br />Veterans Boulevard" as well as City's revised specifications entitled, "Engineering <br /> <br />Standards of the City of Redwood City", adopted December 4, 2006, which plans and <br /> <br />specifications are on file in the office of the City Engineer, Engineering and <br /> <br />Construction. Said Improvements shall also be constructed in strict compliance with the <br /> <br />provisions of Article VII, Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. If a <br /> <br />conflict exists between the plans and specifications and said Chapter 29 in regard to <br /> <br />the standard for a particular improvement, the stricter standard shall govern to the <br /> <br />extent of such conflict.
