<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JHT:yc:lO/3/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />lt1 6 '69 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. /nIl? <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS FOR THREE 3-WHEEL GASOLINE TRAFFIC VEHICLES; <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications and contract documents for three 3-wheel gasoline <br /> <br />traffic vehicles to be used for municipal purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders <br /> <br />and general conditions, specifications, bid form, and agreement, <br /> <br />for the furnishing of three 3-wheel gasoline traffic vehicles, <br /> <br />to be used for municipal purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
