<br />~'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JHT:yc:lO/3/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. b II R <br /> <br />0Cr8119 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR FURNISHING OF TWO <br />PRE-FABRICATED METAL COMFORT STATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6073, adopted August 18, <br /> <br />1969, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing of two <br /> <br />pre-fabricated metal comfort stations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, a bid was received and filed <br /> <br />with the City Clerk for the furnishing of said pre-fabricated <br /> <br />metal comfort stations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SUPER SECUR COMFORT STATIONS, Burlingame, California, <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and <br /> <br />desire of this Council to award said bid to the aforementioned <br /> <br />bidder for the designated items; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; I <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. The bid of Super Secur Comfort Stations, in the total <br /> <br />net delivered price to the City of Redwood City of Ten Thousand <br /> <br />Five Hundred Sixty and 90/100 Dollars ($10,560.90) , for the <br /> <br />furnishing of two pre-fabricated metal comfort stations, in <br /> <br />accordance with the specifications therefor, is hereby accepted <br /> <br />and said bidder is hereby declared to be the lowest responsible <br /> <br />bidder for the furnishing of said comfort stations. <br /> <br />2.
