'Iff <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE VETERANS BOULEVARD INTERCEPTING <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENTS; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of certain improve- <br /> <br />ments involving the Veterans Boulevard Intercepting Sewer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />call for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Those certain plans entitled "R.C. GID No. 3-65 - <br /> <br />Project SS-3 - Veterans Boulevard Intercepting Sewer," and those <br /> <br />certain specifications entitled "Redwood City G.I.D. No. 3-65 - <br /> <br />Contract Documents and Specifications - Veterans Boulevard <br /> <br />Intercepting Sewer - Project No. SS-3,1I prepared in the offices <br /> <br />of Jenks & Adamson and on file in the office of the City Engineer, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned <br /> <br />improvements, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> <br />therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of ~hat certain <br /> <br />lINotice to Contractorsll set forth in the above mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
