Said acquisition is needed and sought for <br />the City of Redwood City Public Parking Facility. <br />You, as the owners of the property, have a right to appear and be heard at the meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Redwood City set for February 24, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the City <br />Council Chambers at City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California, to be heard-on— <br />the following matters: <br />1.
