State of California, County of San Mateo, <br />City of Redwood City and is described as follows: <br />Portion of Lots 4 and 5 in Block 2 as shown on that certain map entitled "MAP OF THE <br />PROPERTY IN VILLA LOTS OF J. V. DILLER SITUATED IN REDWOOD CITY ", filed <br />in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on September 18, 1863 in Book "E" <br />of Maps at page 77 and a copy entered in Book 1 of Maps at page 83, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northeasterly line of Middlefield Road (formerly <br />Webster Street), as established by Deed of Town of Redwood City, dated November 21, 1919 <br />and recorded December 17, 1919 in Book 289 of Deeds at page 142, Records of San Mateo <br />- County, California, with the Westerly line of Jefferson Avenue, (formerly Washington Street); . <br />thence North 54* 06'- Wesr; along the Northeasterly line of Road, 116.54 feet to a <br />point therein, intersected by the direct production Southeasterly of the Westerly line of property <br />conveyed to Anna Porter, by Deed recorded January I9,' I929 in Book 394 of Official Records <br />at page 255, Records of San Mateo County, California; thence North 3° 30' West, along said <br />produced line, 17.94 feet to the Southwesterly comer of said property conveyed to Aura Porter; <br />- — thence North 87° 15'- East-, along the Southerly-line of said lands, 90.01_feet to the_Westerly line <br />= of Jefferson Avenue; thence South 3 ° 30' East, along said Westerly line, 90.80 feet to the point <br />of begtmmng. <br />Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to the City of Redwood City by Deed recorded <br />August 7, 1957 in Book 3261 of Official Records at page 173, Records of San Mateo County, <br />California. <br />A.P.
