q. 1 6- 3 TASK ORDER NO. 1 VECTOR CONTROL PROGRAM This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the following described agreement (the "Agreement "), entered into by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City "), and DEWEY PEST CONTROL (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: Title of Agreement: RODENT AND COCKROACH CONTROL PROGRAM (SANITARY SEWERS - CREEKS- MARINA - PORT -CORP YARD) FOR CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA Consultant: DEWEY PEST CONTROL 6300 THIRD STREET SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94124 Date of Agreement: March 1, 2001 Task Described Consultant shall perform the following services, which are in those services described in the Agreement. Description of Services See Exhibit 'A" attached. Compensation City shall compensate Consultant for the services described in this Task Order based upon the rates of charge and method of calculation described in Exhibit "A" and in the original Agreement, a copy of which is on file in the City Clerk's Office, and in an amount NOT TO EXCEED Sixty -Two Thousand Four Hundred Forty -Two and 00/100 Dollars ($ 62.442.00 ). 4. Time of Performance Consultant shall perform the services to be provided pursuant to this Task Order on or before March 1. 2003 5. Approval In accordance with the Agreement, this Task Order was approved by the City Council of Redwood City on February 24, 2003 by motion duly made and carried (a copy of the Minute Order evidencing such approval is attached). 6. Limitation: Incorporation by Reference Except as supplemented or modified hereby, all terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby incorporated herein by this reference, and shall remain in full force and effect.
