Changes
include: language changes to allow for more flexibility within the classification; and
updating of job requirements.
The proposed job specifications have been reviewed by Service Employees International
Union (SEIU) and agreement has been reached.
Alternative
Retain the present job specifications which do not reflect current job duties or job
requirements. This would negatively impact the department's ability to appropriately recruit
and assign duties.
Fiscal Impact
No change in salary is being proposed; hence, there is no fiscal impact.
1z YA
u
Maria Rivera -Pena
Human Resources Director
Ed Everett
City Manager
Attachment
Exhibit A - Job specifications
