REPORT <br />7�-3A-1 <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br />February 24, 2003 <br />Subject <br />Claim(s) 2095, 2099, 2100, 2101, and 2102 <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends the rejection of the following claim(s): <br />2095 Pablo & Lorene Serna Requesting reimbursement of Roto Rooter bills <br />resulting from alleged roots from a City tree that is <br />infiltrating their sewer line. <br />2099 Justin Schroeder Alleging storm drain was blocked with debris resulting <br />in flooding of roadway and his vehicle. <br />2100 Charles Gonser Alleging damages to camper and truck which <br />occurred when hit by a City tree. <br />2101 Anthony Muscat Alleging damage to driveway and street in front of <br />property which occurred from the maneuvering of <br />heavy equipment to repair the street. <br />2102 Vito & Lori Longo Alleging water damage to home which occurred as a <br />result of an overflowing drainage culvert located in <br />Garret Memorial Park. <br />0 � F <br />Brian J.
