CES:sh 05/3/90 (053/27) <br />CES:mgl 06/: -_ 90R (053/27) <br />COPY <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1129 JUN - , 1940 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SCHEDULE FOR THE USE OF THE <br />COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES BUILDING AND THE RECREATION <br />CENTER, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 9381 <br />WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission has recommended <br />the adoption by this Council of a revised schedule of fees for <br />the use of the Community Activities Building and for the use of <br />the Recreation Center located within Red Morton Community Park; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that approval of such <br />revised schedule of fees for the Community Activities Building <br />and the Recreation Center located within Red Morton Community <br />park would be in the public interest and for the public benefit; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the following schedule of fees for the use of the <br />Community Activities Building, the Group Activities designations <br />of which correspond to designations and definitions therefor set <br />forth in the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission for the use of the Community Activities <br />Building, to which reference is hereby made for the particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved and adopted. <br />a. Group I Activities: No charges. <br />b. Group II and III Activities: <br />(1) No charge during regular daily hours of operation. <br />A custodial fee will be charged at current salary <br />schedule for custodial help for hours other than <br />regular daily hours of operation (Friday evening, <br />Saturday and Sunday). <br />
