Said Council does hereby adopt and establish as the official grades for said work, the grades as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications made therefor and hereinbefore referred to. Certain easements or other interests in the land or improve- ments have been or must be acquired to complete the abovementioned work and improvements, and the total cost for the land and/or improve- ments is presently estimated to be $1,700.00 including contingencies, legal and engineering costs. Reference is hereby made to that certain map entitled "Acquisition Strip Map, Oak Knoll - Canyon Lane & Vicinity Sewer Improvement Districtll, presently on file in the office of the Director of Public Works and City Engineer of the City of Redwood City, for a further description of the location and extent of said acquisitions. The total estimated cost of accomplishment of said improve- ments, including acquisition, incidentals, contingencies and other related costs, is the sum of $42,406.00, of which the total con- struction cost, including contingencies, is $33,996.00, and the total incidental expenses are $8,410.00. Included in said incidental expenses is the aforesaid sum of $1,700.00 which is the estimated cost of land or easement acquisitions necessary to be acquired for said improvements. Said contemplated work and improvements, in the opinion of said City Council, are of more than local or ordinary public benefit and said Council does hereby make the cost and expenses of doing such work and improvements chargeable upon a district, which dis- trict said Council declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvements and to be assessed to pay the entire cost and expense thereof and which said district is wholly within the limits of said City of Redwood City, State of California, and is described in that certain proposed assessment district boundary map hereinafter referred to and more particularly described as follows: 2.
