Isberg for consulting services relating to a <br /> <br />central communication system to serve the proposed Civic <br /> <br />Center Complex and elsewhere; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Con- <br /> <br />suIting Services - Communications (Civic Center Complex)" <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and Reuben A. Isberg, <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk to which copy reference is made for full parti- <br /> <br />culars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
