<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JHT:yc:9/5/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />SEP6 'dt <br /> <br />RE.e.OLUT1,ON <br /> <br />NO. 6c9f <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, THE <br />SAN MATEO COUNTY ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION, <br />AND PROBE COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, through Ordinance No. 1417, adopted <br /> <br />August 18, 1969, appropriated the sum of Five Thousand Dollars <br /> <br />($5,000.00) for use by the PROBE Community Center for certain <br /> <br />of its activities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the City of Redwood City, the San Mateo <br /> <br />County Economic opportunity Commission, and PROBE Community <br /> <br />Center, relating to the distribution, control, and use of the.. <br /> <br />m9nie~ appropriated; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution on behalf of <br /> <br />the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form datea <br /> <br />9/5/69), by and between the City of Redwood City, the San Mateo <br /> <br />\{ <br />f ' <br /> <br />County Economic opportunity Commission, and the PROBE Community <br />Center, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is made for full particulars <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
