<br />DES.ek 8/28/69 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />SEP 8 "89 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO. btJ9X' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT vlITH REDvl/OOD CITY ELEHENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />RELATING TO JOINT COMMUNITY RECREATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and the <br /> <br />Redwood City Elementary School District relating to the <br /> <br />establishment and maintenance of a joint community recreation <br /> <br />program within the City of Redwood City: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve said agreement and authorize its execution on behalf <br /> <br />of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled IIAgreement for Community <br /> <br />Recreation Program," (form dated 8/18/69) by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and the Redwood City Elementary School <br /> <br />District, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk to which copy reference is made for full particulars <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
