<br />DES.ek 8/28/69 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />SEP 8 '69 <br /> <br />RE.e.OLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N O. h lj f:J 7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH XEROX CORPORATION FOR <br />FURNISHING AND SERVICING OF REPRODUCTION EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a <br /> <br />service agreement with Xerox Corporation for the furnishing <br /> <br />and servicing of reproduction equipment for use by the Police <br /> <br />Department of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Xerox Service <br /> <br />Agreement" by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Xerox Corporation for the furnishing and servicing of <br /> <br />reproduct ion equipment for the Police Department, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
