<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JHT:yc:8/29/69 <br /> <br />'ORIGINAl <br /> <br />lIP 3 '<<' <br /> <br />R E ~ 0 L U T 1. 0 N N O. ~~ i 1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />TWIN DOLPHIN PARKWAY/SEcrION 1, MARINE WORLD PARKWAY/ <br />SEcrION 2, AND BRIDGE PARKWAY/SEcrION 2 FOR REDWOOD <br />CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of Twin Dolphin <br /> <br /> <br />parkway/Section 1, Marine World Parkway/Section 2, and Bridge <br /> <br /> <br />parkway/Section 2 (645-4-48) for General Improvement District <br /> <br /> <br />No. 1-64 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />call for bids for the doing of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 - Redwood City, California - <br /> <br />Construction Drawings for Twin Dolphin Parkway-Section 1, Marine <br /> <br />World Parkway-Section 2, and Bridge Parkway-Section 2," and those <br /> <br />certain specifications entitled "Documents and Specifications - <br /> <br />Twin Dolphin Parkway/Section 1, Marine World Parkway/Section 2, <br /> <br /> <br />and Bridge Parkway/Section 2 (645-4-48) for Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64," prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, <br /> <br />& Mendenhall, and on file in the office of the City Engineer are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work in accordance with <br /> <br />the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> <br />in the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
