<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES.ek 9/3/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUT.!ON <br /> <br />N O. itJR, <br /> <br />SEP S 'dJ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />CONTINGENT FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH LESLIE PROPERTIES, <br />INC., RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGE PARJavAY <br />BRIDGE FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 1-64 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement by and between Leslie Properties, Inc., and the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City providing for contingent interim contributions <br /> <br />for partial funding of the construction" of the Bridge Parkway <br />bridge for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, <br /> <br />subject to certain terms and conditions therein set forth; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve said agreement and authorize its execution on <br /> <br />behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NO\v, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Contingent Funding <br /> <br />Agreement (GID 1-64 - Leslie Properties, Inc.)" by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, for and on behalf of Redwood City <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64, and Leslie Properties, <br /> <br />Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk to which reference is made for full particulars <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
