<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES.ek 8/21/69 <br /> <br />r<~'~Y;l~l <br /> <br />vJit..........:......_ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. ~() 2K. <br /> <br />{l.;,G 25 'ea <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF BROADWAY CHANNELIZATION AND SIGNAL- <br />IZATION AT WOODSIDE EXPRESSWAY; AND, AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the channelization and signalization <br /> <br />of Broadway at its intersection with Woodside Expressway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />call for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NO\'l, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />./ <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOhTS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled 'IBroadway Channelization & <br /> <br />Signalization at Woodside Expresswayll and those certain speci- <br /> <br />fications entitled "General Specifications and Special Provisions <br /> <br />for the Construction of Broadway Channelization and Signalization <br /> <br />at \.voodside Expressway in the Ci ty of Redwood Ci ty,. California, II <br /> <br />prepared in the office of the City Engineer and on file in the <br /> <br />office of the city Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of the abovementioned <br /> <br />improvements in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> <br />therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain <br /> <br />"Notice to Contractors" set forth in the abovementioned specifica- <br /> <br />tions. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
