Holmes, Inc., and Holmes Clair, Inc., a Joint Venture, <br /> <br /> <br />for the performance of the aforesaid work in accordance with and <br /> <br /> <br />subject to the terms and conditions of the aforementioned <br /> <br /> <br />specifications and contract documents, a copy of which agree- <br /> <br /> <br />ment is on file in the office of the city Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Oscar C. <br /> <br /> <br />Holmes, Inc., and Holmes Clair, Inc., a Joint Venture, is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />waived. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the aforementioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br /> <br /> <br />paragraph I hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br /> <br />5.
