<br />. <br /> <br />W.. :em 8/12/69 <br />On1.0!;'~ ^L <br />h!Llihd <br /> <br />RESOLUT.!.ON NO. <br /> <br />6/)7/ <br /> <br />~ 1,& '69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH FRAHM, EDLER & ASSOCIATES PROVIDING <br />FOR ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING SERVICES IN CONNECTION <br />WITH LAUREL WAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 29, 1969, the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City authorized the ~ommencement of proceedings for <br /> <br />public improvements by special assessment district proceedings <br /> <br />in the vicinity of Laurel Way: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Redwood City desires to contract with <br /> <br />Frahm, Edler & Associates, civil engineers, as an independent <br /> <br />contractor, for the preparation of plans and specifications <br /> <br />for the improvement of Laurel Way Improvement District No.2: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled IIAgreement for Engineering <br /> <br />and Consulting Services - Laurel Way Improvement District No. 211 <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and Frahm, Edler & <br /> <br />Associates, civil engineers, Redwood city, California, a copy <br /> <br />of which is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars as <br /> <br />to the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute the aforementioned agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
